Tell Us About Your Channel

The more you tell us, the better your strategy report will be. Fill in what you can — fields marked Required are needed to generate your report. Everything marked Optional helps us give sharper recommendations but can be skipped.

1A. Business & Brand Information
As it should appear in channel branding and descriptions.
Used for OAuth setup links, approval reviews, and weekly reports.
For urgent issues (e.g., video needs to be pulled).
We reference this for brand voice, visual style, and content alignment.
1B. YouTube Channel Details
Provide all channel URLs if you have existing channels. Leave blank for new channels.
Helps us set realistic growth targets.
The Google account that owns the YouTube channel. Required for upload authorization.
This affects our content strategy: monetized channels have stricter advertiser-friendliness requirements.
If you already have a Google Cloud project with YouTube Data API v3 enabled, we can use it. Otherwise, we will create one under your account.
1C. Content Strategy & Niche
Be as specific as possible. A clear niche performs better than "everything." This directly configures our trend scouting and editorial scoring engines.
Our CiT channel uses HOOK > WHAT > WHY. Our JV channel uses HOOK > CONTEXT > STORY > TWIST. We recommend "Let us decide" if you are unsure.
Based on our data: 40-60 seconds achieves the best balance of completion rate and engagement. Videos over 40 seconds have 33% higher engagement than shorter clips.
Trending content gets early spikes. Evergreen content builds long-term search traffic. Our CiT channel is 100% trending. Our JV channel is 100% evergreen. Most clients benefit from a mix.
These feed directly into our YouTube Researcher trend scouting engine and auto-scout topic detection.
We analyze their titles, thumbnails, posting frequency, top-performing content, and audience overlap. This directly informs our editorial scoring.
1D. Branding & Visual Identity
Square format, minimum 800x800px. PNG with transparency preferred. If not provided, we will use your brand name as text-based logo.
2560x1440px recommended. We can generate one if needed.
Used for subtitle highlights, accent elements, and channel branding overlays.
Used in subtitles and text overlays. If not specified, we use a clean sans-serif (system default).
Our AI mascot system supports lip-synced animation (audio-driven), 2D floating overlay, and studio mode (news desk composite). A consistent on-screen presence increases brand recognition.
1E. Voice & Narration Preferences
Our TTS engines support 90+ languages. English (US) has the widest voice selection.
A consistent closing phrase builds brand identity. Every video ends with this. Our channels use their names as the sign-off.
Standard TTS is included in all plans. Premium TTS (ElevenLabs) has a monthly character limit; we recommend the Auto fallback approach.
1F. Target Audience
This configures our YouTube trending region for topic scouting (e.g., US, GB, IN, JP). Default: US.
1G. Content Restrictions & Sensitivities
Compliance Gate

Every video passes through our automated compliance system (AI-powered review) before it can be built or uploaded. This checks for YouTube Community Guidelines violations, advertiser-friendliness, AI disclosure compliance, and metadata quality. Zero policy violations across 50+ published videos to date. The questions below let us customize the compliance rules for your brand.

These topics will be automatically blocked by our editorial scoring engine. They will never appear in your content.
These topics can appear but will be flagged for extra compliance review before publishing.
YouTube requires the containsSyntheticMedia: true flag on all AI-generated content. This is non-negotiable and we set it automatically. Additional disclosures are optional.
1H. Cross-Platform Distribution
Multi-Platform Reach

Each video can be automatically distributed to up to 7+ platforms simultaneously after YouTube upload. Each platform is non-blocking (a failure on one never prevents others). We handle all formatting, caption, and metadata adjustments per platform.

We need either existing account handles or authorization to create new accounts. For platforms requiring API keys (X, Instagram, TikTok), we will walk you through the authorization flow.
1I. Upload Schedule & Cadence
Based on our research: best times for US audiences are 9-11 AM and 2-4 PM weekdays, 9-11 AM weekends. We can A/B test optimal times for your specific audience.
Default: every day. Consistency matters more than which days. The algorithm rewards daily posting.
A launch burst gives the algorithm more content to test, but risks appearing spammy. We recommend steady cadence with high-quality content.
1J. Monetization Goals
YouTube Partner Program Requirements (2026)

Option 1: 1,000 subscribers + 4,000 public watch hours (last 12 months)
Option 2: 1,000 subscribers + 10 million Shorts views (last 90 days)
Important: Ad-driven watch hours do NOT count toward YPP. Only organic views qualify.

We include these in the YouTube description of every video, formatted consistently.
1K. Content Approval Workflow
Full Auto is how we run our own channels. It is the only mode that keeps trending content timely. Every approval layer adds delay, which reduces the relevance of time-sensitive content. Our compliance gate catches policy issues automatically.
If approval is not received within this window, we follow the default action (configurable: auto-publish or hold).
1L. Additional Notes & Special Requests
If you have existing content assets, we can repurpose them into the pipeline alongside AI-generated content.

4C. Revision Policy

  • Test videos (onboarding): Up to 3 rounds of revisions on the first 3 test videos. This is where we lock in the quality standard.
  • Production videos (steady state): Revisions on individual videos are NOT included in the standard workflow. The compliance gate handles quality control automatically.
  • Style adjustments: Changes to voice, tone, visual style, or content strategy are handled during monthly strategy calls and applied to ALL future videos (not retroactively).
  • Emergency pulls: If a video needs to be removed urgently (factual error, legal concern, client request), we remove it within 2 hours during business hours, 12 hours off-hours.
  • Rebuilds: If the pipeline produces a video that clearly fails the agreed quality benchmark, we rebuild it at no additional cost. This applies to technical failures (audio sync issues, rendering artifacts, subtitle errors), not subjective preferences.

4D. Performance Disclaimers

What We Cannot Guarantee

These disclaimers MUST be in the service agreement. They protect both parties and set honest expectations.

  • No view count guarantees. YouTube's algorithm determines reach. We optimize for the algorithm's known preferences (completion rate, hook quality, metadata), but we cannot guarantee specific view counts, subscriber growth, or revenue.
  • No monetization timeline guarantees. Reaching YouTube Partner Program requirements (1,000 subs + 4,000 watch hours OR 10M Shorts views) depends on content-market fit, niche competition, and algorithm behavior. Typical timeline: 3-12 months for new channels.
  • No trending guarantees. We cannot guarantee a video will "go viral" or appear on YouTube's trending tab. We can maximize the probability by picking high-scoring topics and optimizing metadata.
  • AI content has inherent limitations. AI-generated images may occasionally have artifacts (extra fingers, text distortion, face inconsistencies). AI narration is high quality but distinguishable from human narration by attentive listeners. We disclose all content as AI-generated per YouTube policy.
  • Algorithm changes are outside our control. YouTube's recommendation algorithm changes without notice. Our algo_intel system monitors for changes weekly, but we cannot prevent or predict algorithm shifts.
  • Third-party API availability. Our pipeline depends on YouTube API, TTS services, image generation APIs, and social media APIs. If any third-party service experiences downtime, delivery may be delayed (our multi-tier fallback chains minimize this risk).
  • Trending content has a shelf life. If the client uses approval workflows that add 24-48 hour delays, trending content may become stale before publishing. We strongly recommend Full Auto mode for trending-focused channels.

Tips for Success

Based on our experience running autonomous YouTube channels, here are the key principles that drive results.

1. Pick ONE Niche and Stay in It

The algorithm rewards niche consistency. A channel about "everything" is a channel about nothing. We configure your pipeline to stay laser-focused on your chosen niche — every trending topic is scored for relevance before it's written.

2. The First 3 Seconds Decide Everything

YouTube Shorts live or die on the "Viewed vs. Swiped Away" metric. You need 70%+ view rate. Our AI story writer is trained to open every video with a hook — a shocking statement, a compelling visual, or an irresistible question — in the first 3 seconds.

3. Consistency Beats Perfection

A channel posting daily with clean animation will outperform a channel posting weekly with premium effects. The algorithm rewards upload frequency and consistency. Our pipeline is designed for daily output — so you never miss a day.

4. Mix in Real Content

If you have real assets — product photos, behind-the-scenes footage, customer testimonials — we can mix them into your pipeline. AI content fills the daily cadence. Real content drives exceptional engagement spikes.

5. Our System Kills Underperformers Automatically

Our performance tracker auto-tags every video by category and tracks views over time. Categories that consistently underperform are automatically deprioritized, while high-performing topics get more attention. Your channel gets smarter every week.

6. 40-60 Seconds is the Sweet Spot

Videos over 40 seconds have 33% higher engagement than shorter clips, while videos under 30 seconds have the highest completion rates. We target the 40-60 second range — long enough for a complete story, short enough for high completion.

7. Every Video Passes Compliance Review

Every video goes through an automated compliance gate before building. This catches policy violations, advertiser-unfriendly language, and metadata issues — protecting your channel from strikes. We maintain a zero-violation track record.

8. Cross-Platform = Free Growth

The same video works on YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, X, Bluesky, Facebook Reels, and Threads. We distribute to every platform you enable — each one brings incremental views and potential subscribers back to YouTube.

9. Never Buy Subscribers or Views

Paid subscribers and views do NOT count toward YouTube Partner Program eligibility. Purchased subscribers also hurt your algorithm performance (YouTube sees a high sub count with low view counts and deprioritizes your content). We build organic growth only.

10. Month 1 Will Be Slow — That's Normal

New channels typically get 10-50 views per video in the first month. This is the algorithm testing your content with small audiences. If the content performs well, distribution widens progressively. Growth compounds. Month 1 is about establishing consistency and letting the algorithm learn.
