Performance Guarantee
If we don't deliver on our promises within the first 30 days, you get your money back.
We stand behind our service. If Shorts Factory doesn't perform as described within your first billing cycle, we'll make it right — either by fixing the issue or refunding you.
If you're unsatisfied with the Service and request a refund, the following schedule applies based on when you cancel:

| Within 7 days of first payment | 100% refund | Full refund, no questions asked. We'll revoke pipeline access and you keep any content already published. |
| 8 to 14 days | 75% refund | Prorated refund. Content produced during this period remains on your channel. |
| 15 to 30 days | 50% refund | Prorated refund. We'll provide a full performance report for your records. |
| After 30 days | No refund | You may cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at end of billing period. No further charges. |
If we fail to deliver the agreed deliverables within your first 30 days, you are entitled to a full 100% refund regardless of timing.
Deliverables include: pipeline setup, channel configuration, content production at the agreed cadence, and automated uploads. If the pipeline is non-functional or consistently underperforming due to our fault, you get a full refund.

We will respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear within 5-10 business days.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until the period ends. No partial-month refunds are issued for standard cancellations after 30 days.
Enterprise plans have custom terms negotiated during onboarding. Refund terms for Enterprise clients are specified in the individual service agreement.
